Who can attend the event?
WAMPEX 2024 is a trade event and therefore only open to trade visitors.
How do I register to visit the trade show
Visitors must register in advance online. Registering before the show date means you will gain quicker entry on the day and receive updates on all the latest news and features so you don’t miss out. You will however be able to register for the event on the day.
When will I receive my visitor badge?
If you register online you will receive your name badge via email for print out. If you forget to bring this with you, our registration staff will be able to look your number up for you.
What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
When you arrive onsite, the registration area can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
What if I have forgotten my badge when I arrive at the show?
Just go to the registration desk at the entrance and give the staff your name. They will locate your details on our database and issue you with a new badge.
Can I attend WAMPEX 2024 more than once?
Yes, once you have received your badge you can return to the show as many times as you wish.
What are the opening times?
Wednesday: 5 June 2024, 10:00 – 18:00 GMT
Thursday: 6 June 2024, 09:00 – 17:00 GMT
Friday: 7 June 2024, 09:00 – 15:00 GMT
Can I register when I arrive?
You are welcome to register on-site.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes there is ample parking at the venue. There is a cost for secure parking at the venue.
Will there be a cash point available?
There are cash points located inside and outside the venue.
Are children allowed at the show?
Yes, there will be designated wireless internet access in the hall. Wifi vouchers need to be purchased from the venue.

Am I allowed to take photos at the event?
Yes, you are allowed to take photos.
Am I allowed to post about the event on social media?
Yes, everyone at the event can post about it on social media and you are welcome to use the #WAMPEX2024 tagline in your posts.
Where will I be able to eat?
Food stalls serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the halls.
